Personal Wellness Coach and Weight Loss Group Coaches needed
at Clare Bancroft in Yorkshire and the Humber
Are you looking for a fresh challenge? Would you like to earn extra income (full or part time)? Would you like to work from home, and choose hours to suit you?
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly individuals, with good communication skills to train as Personal Wellness Coaches and/or Weight Loss Group Coaches and join our expanding team.
Do you enjoy working with others? Are you interested in learning how you can help others improve their health and wellbeing?...Then this role could be for you.
No prior experience is needed, as full step by step training and ongoing support would be provided.
As a Personal Wellness Coach you would provide a 1:1 service, helping clients with their wellness goals, whereas a Weight Loss Group Coach delivers a 12 week Community Weight Loss Challenge held in your community where people come to be weighed and educated to assist them in reaching their health and weight loss goals. You can choose to do either, or both of these roles.
As a Coach you are responsible for advertising and delivering the class following the Weight Loss Challenge manual provided, with the support of your personal mentor.
The participants pay a fee of £40 to attend the 12 week course (the equivalent of approx £3.30 per week) and half of this fee goes towards a cash prize fund for the individuals who lose the most amount of weight.
Although all participants are free to choose their own weight loss path, you will be educating them on a specific nutrition topic each week. Within the content each week, you will be advising/or recommending on Herbalife's scientifically proven nutrition products, and although no one is under any obligation to use the products, you will find participants naturally want to become customers. The profit on any of these sales is yours to keep.
